Brussels sprout sidedish, lady had black hair with big white through front, name of state, diner or recipe?

Can't remember what it was served with but it aired about 2-3 weeks ago.  Tried the show schedule with no luck.  It isn't from his backyard with youngest son show Guy's Big Bite.  It may be sweet and sour?

Found it by watching for re-runs.  It's Brussels sprout hash served with catfish fillets and corn cakes.  The show was the Blast from the Past on 11/14.  The chef is Monica May and at the 5 Cent Diner in L.A.  I kept pausing and forwarding to get all the ingredients for each dish including the pan sauce for the catfish.  Yum!  Can't find the diner in the CA listings though?
